CDI’s four field representatives oversee and assist members located in the four districts containing CDI member dairies. Members are encouraged to reach out to their local field representative with questions related to the following:
- Milk quality issues
- Milk transportations issues
- Missing cream checks or incorrect payments
- New dairy start-up or existing dairy shut-down
- Contact information changes
- General CDI and industry questions

(559) 802-8322dmonteiro@californiadairies.comAs the Vice President of Sustainability & Member Relations, Darrin is able to assist members with general questions on CDI and the dairy industry. In addition, he is able to field questions, inquiries and provide assistance on the CDI Political Action Committee (PAC), the National Dairy FARM Program and many government programs. Darrin regularly attends industry affiliate meetings such as Dairy Cares, the Alliance of Western Milk Producers, the Environmental Justice Fund, the California Dairy Quality Assurance Program and Citizens Advisory Group of Industries which provide him with first-hand knowledge on industry issues.
